To get the Tenant ID of your Zuora tenant, please navigate to
the Username > Profile > Manage Your Profile.

Your SFDC Organization ID
To find your SFDC Organization ID, please go to Setup > Company Profile > Company Information
Login access
- Go to Profile (Your name) > My Settings > Personal > Grant Account Login Access
- Choose option for Zuora, Inc Support and set a WEEK access.
We have this all documented in a Macro called 'Zuora for Salesforce::Grant Access to SFDC'

To access the package detail page, from Setup, enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find box, select Installed Packages, and then find the name of the package that you want to view.
